Cal began his career in the automotive aftermarket in 1976 as a warehouseman for American Fuel and through effort worked his way up to General Manager. During those six years, Cal was responsible for making American Fuel the exclusive feeder of automotive chemicals, waxes, oil and related accessories to a relatively new chain of auto parts stores, Auto Shack. That new chain became AutoZone and is now the largest retailer in the automotive aftermarket. In 1982, Cal joined the AutoZone team as a senior product manager.  Cal's experience at AutoZone coupled with his experience at American Fuel gave him a solid understanding of what customers and factories need from one another to be successful.  In 1996, 1997 and 1998, AutoZone presented Cal with the AutoZone Extra Miler Award.  This award is rarely given to anyone outside the company.

Cal came to TASCO in 1984 and in 1995, became the president.

Cal believes the best aspects of the automotive aftermarket are its products and more importantly, it's people.  Through the hard work and dedication of all the members of the industry, the aftermarket has become a $250+ billion industry.

Cal and everyone at TASCO are proud to be part of it all.
